- is going to "take ‘er easy" today after six days in a row of fairly vigorous activity. He also has plans to "get ‘er done." #
- is eating oatmeal w/ peanut butter for breakfast while reminiscing over the days of oatmeal w/ VMG & hemp seeds. #
- thinks perhaps he should go out & buy some VMG (Vitamineral Green) & hemp seeds. Hmm… #
- has been reading about basketball on Wikipedia with hopes of improving his game and having more fun. #
- is heading over to the Ace Hotel to work on acehotel.com. #
